This is a fun, quick project that requires no sewing. The main character of this story is stitch witchery. I love using stitch witchery on loose hems when I'm in a pinch or for reinforcement on other projects. It's a handy little tool. But for this project, it was perfect because it was impossible to add ruffles by sewing machine. Enter Stitch Witchery.
