I am a stay-at-home-mom to three girls and I love doing what I do. I used to think my mom had such a glorious life as a SAHM when I was young. I would have to go to school everyday and think how lucky she was to be at home watching The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie {nevermind that she babysat 5 kids in her home from very early in the morning til dinnertime and STILL had to keep our house clean and keep nutritious food on the table and do laundry and deal with her own three kids and be a pastor's wife.} She did it all so well that it looked effortless. Little did I know how much work she was doing behind the scenes!! Being a SAHM is hard work, but I love it. I am so thankful God has allowed me to live my dream.

I have a B.S. in Home Economics and love to sew. I just recently got a reliable sewing machine, so I'm sewing up a storm. That's why I decided to start this blog. I thought I'd share with you some of the projects I am doing. Hope you like them!

I also love home organization and time management which is always a work in progress for me. So, I will be sharing some of that here on this blog, too.

I have an etsy shop My3Chickadees, where I sell mostly handmade jewelry and accessories, but I do put some of my sewing projects on there at times. Please stop by and check it out!
