Crayon Folio OR Roll {tutorial}

Recently, it dawned on me that dinner napkins can be used for SO many things! I showed you the reversible skirt I made for my daughter out of two dinner napkins the other day. Today I'll show you how to make a Crayon Portfolio or Crayon Roll out of 1/2 of a dinner napkin. It's very easy and really takes about 15-20 minutes tops. These are perfect for those little wiggle worms sitting next to you in church or while waiting in a doctor's office, a long car ride, etc. What are you waiting for? This dinner napkin cost me $1. I used half of it, so this project cost me .50 cents.

Reversible Girl's Skirt {Tutorial}

You can make a girl's elastic skirt out of just about anything! I wrote this post the other day showing how to make one from scratch with fabric. Today I'm showing you how to make one from two dinner napkins! No hemming, Just simple stitching. It's amazingly easy. And I bought my napkins at Old Time Pottery for $1 each. They had a variety of colors/patterns, but I liked this one best for a skirt. This skirt is for my size 7 girl. It would probably fit my size 8 girl, as well. You can make these for younger girls, too!
